Merchant Accounts

Just a quick correction:

In our 2003 Yahoo! Store Profits Update, we mentioned a new merchant account company, Advanced Credit Systems.

We've had stunning success with this company, their customer service, low monthly costs, and discount credit card rates.

We also incorrectly listed their start up fees as $185.00

They have just reduced it to $145.00.

We recommend these folks, in a big way.

Why?

First, our other merchant account charges us a monthly fee for each new Yahoo! Store that we open.  Let's put that into real numbers.

On average, we might have 5 Yahoo! Stores in the market place.

That's 5X$27.00 (round figure).

Meaning, we're paying $135 dollars a month to the same company just because we have multiple stores.

Phooey, I say!

Advanced Credit System charges $10.00 per month.

That's it.

That's for all of our stores.

I'm not even going to do the math for you....  It's simply such a substantial savings that using ACS is a no-brainer.

Also, did I mention that they post funds to your merchant account every 3 - 4 days?

The other merchant account service does that 2 times a month.

Now, consider how much money you might have to float if you have 2 stores that do $5,000 in sales per month?

I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in letting anyone hold my money for that period of time.

So, let me make some history here.

Since Yahoo! Store Profits has been online- we've only recommend 1 other company without reservation.

That's about to change.

Now that Advanced Credit Systems has lowered their start-up price, we're including them in the rarified air of "Unquestionable Quality and Service".

If you'd like more information about Advanced Credit Systems, call Christine (She's the owner) at 1-800-814-3163

Make sure and tell her that you're setting up a Yahoo! Store - your processing will go faster if she know that from the get-go.

Next Week....

The Smart Page saga continues....

I've contacted Armand Moran (the programmer of the Smart Page Generator) and asked him to ensure that my smart pages are created correctly.

Thankfully, they have not been spidered yet, so I thought I'd go to the source and get a little consult. I'm looking forward to what he has to say.

Be Safe!
